Chef Ramsha Ibtisam, a proud member of the Pakistan Chefs Club (PCC), is a certified culinary chef known for her creativity, discipline, and deep love for food. Her journey into the culinary world began with a simple passion—but truly took off after she won her first cooking competition. That defining moment sparked her decision to turn her passion into a full-time profession.
Motivated by this success, Ramsha enrolled at Dexter Institute, where she pursued a formal Diploma in Culinary Arts and deepened her command of professional cooking techniques. Since then, she has not only refined her skills across various cuisines but also carved a niche with her expertise in Memoni cuisine, frozen items, and a wide variety of traditional and modern dishes.
Her talent and vibrant personality have brought her to various media platforms, where she showcases her culinary creations and inspires food lovers across Pakistan. As an entrepreneur, she proudly runs her own venture, Star Food Spot, offering homemade food products crafted with love, quality, and authenticity. Her business reflects her commitment to combining traditional flavors with innovation and personal care.
Chef Ramsha is also a Visiting Faculty Member at Dexter Institute, where she now teaches and mentors aspiring chefs—paying it forward with the same dedication that shaped her own journey. Fluent in English, Urdu, and Memoni, she connects effortlessly with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
