Chef Ali Haider, a valued team member of Pakistan Chefs Club (PCC), brings a wealth of hands-on experience and an unwavering commitment to culinary excellence. With over a decade of professional experience in diverse kitchen environments, Chef Ali has proven himself to be both a team player and an independent leader in the culinary world.

Born in 1995 in Khairpur, Sindh, Chef Ali began his culinary career early, working as a Junior Cook at Sukkur IBA University in 2012. Over the years, he steadily rose through the ranks, taking on senior roles at establishments such as A-One Guest House in Khairpur, Orchid Guest House in DHA Karachi, and eventually returning to Sukkur IBA University, where he continues to serve with dedication and leadership.

Chef Ali is known for his versatile skill set, which includes expertise in food preparation, advanced cooking techniques, knife skills, menu planning, and food safety. His culinary knowledge spans multiple cuisines, including fast food, Chinese, Italian, and Continental, making him an asset in any kitchen setting.

His formal qualifications include a Diploma in Advanced Food Production from the Pakistan Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management (PITHM), along with academic grounding in science (matric and intermediate – pre-medical). He is trilingual in English, Urdu, and Sindhi, and adapts quickly to diverse work environments, with a strong belief in lifelong learning.
