Chef Naureen Ashraf
Founder & CEO – Pakistan Chefs Club (PCC)
Educator | Culinary Mentor | Social Entrepreneur | Community Leader
Chef Naureen Ashraf is an accomplished educator, culinary mentor, and visionary leader who founded Pakistan Chefs Club (PCC) in 2011 to promote Pakistani chefs, support local brands, and build a bridge between talent and the hospitality industry.
With a rich academic background, she holds multiple master’s degrees in Islamic Studies, Economics, Education, and Industrial & Organizational Psychology (Gold Medalist). She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (1st Position) and a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship from IBA Karachi. Additionally, she is certified in Bakery & Patisserie (Chef de Partie – Govt. of Pakistan) and has earned certifications in NLP, Timeline Therapy, and Hypnotherapy from ABNLP USA.
Her professional experience spans education, law, human resource management, soft skills training, and culinary arts — giving her a truly interdisciplinary edge. She has worked with schools, corporate groups, legal consultancies, and international literacy programs including the US Embassy’s RELO initiative.
As the CEO of PCC, Chef Naureen has trained, mentored, and empowered thousands of individuals — from home cooks and junior chefs to culinary students, special chefs, industry professionals, and media personalities. Her guiding belief is:
“If you can cook, you’re a chef — regardless of background, age, or formal training. Everyone deserves a chance to grow.”
Through hands-on workshops, national culinary competitions, certification-based courses, and collaborations with local brands, she has helped elevate Pakistan’s culinary scene, giving visibility to talent and creating bridges between education, skill development, and entrepreneurship.
Chef Naureen continues to work passionately to highlight Pakistan’s untapped culinary potential — in both its people and products — while creating a professional, inclusive, and collaborative ecosystem for chefs across the country.
